3D outliner-meenakari work on jewellery box

Materials:
1)Gold 3D outliner
2)Rhinestones/Kundans etc
3)Any box to be embellished. (Paint any ordinary box with black acrylic colour)
Method:
1)Trace any design on your box
2)with 3D outliner draw out the main lines in the design
3)For the places you want to attach your kundans do the following:
a)Place an amount of 3D outliner equal to 2/3 dots i.e the size of dot shoud be 2mm thick.
b)Place your kundan gently on the blob of 3d outliner with a toothpick .(These kundans are diffiult to lift with fingers so dip your toothpick very very lightly in gum/fevicol and lift the kundan with it.)
c)Now gently press your kundan so that the blob of outliner spreads all around the kundan and when it dries it will keep the kundan in place as well as give affect of meenakari work
d)Use red and green kundans with gold outliner to give full effect of meenakari work

How to do glass painting ,Glass painting of Ganesha

Materials:

1)OHP sheet (Also called transparency sheet used for making slides)

2)Glass paint

3)fevicryl 3D outliner

4)OHP marker pen

5)Design of your choice from the net/any book

Method:

1)Draw your design on a paper/tracing paper(I traced it directly from the laptop)

2)Place OHP sheet on your design and with the marker pen, trace the design.

3)On this traced design, paint the outline with 3D outliner.

4)Let it dry for 5 min. With glass colours fill in the area within the outline.(The 3D outliner prevents colour from spreading beyond the outline)

5)Let it dry f0r 10min . Decide the size of painting (the square) and cut the rest of the sheet.

6)Get this sheet framed by a professional. They place the sheet between two glasses and frame it. So you could tell him your choice of size and he will cut the sheet himself.

Will post pictures once they r framed !!!Have fun!!
