Hi !!I made this card today for
Sasya-sketches sketch 27.I had made this drawing of the Taj Mahal a few days back and wanted to use it in one of my cards.I made the background DP by stamping a flourish pattern stamp from Hobby Ideas onto blue paper.I distressed the image after coloring it lightly with water colors.Hope you like it.
And here is the card
A few days back sweet
Lori passed on this award to me along with 10 others.I have to pass on this award to 10 others and write about why I started my blog.Well here goes..I started blogging around Feb of last year and it was mostly to show my creations (I wasn't making cards at that time) to friends and family..but it was only until March of this year that it actually got noticed and it was only after I started card making..and I owe a lot to two of my buddies Spardha, Archana and AshaLatha who put up my blog's link on their blogs and commented (on even my most ghastly creations) and kept my spirits high!I really can't tell how much I appreciate what these girls did for me.Well ..as I need to pass on this award to 10 other of my blogging buddies(Eeeks how can we choose just 10 !) So I dedicate this award to my buddies who have left me sweet comments lately...here goes!

Dear friend!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for having me in mind. I also started my blog to upload my photos, in November. Now I am very surprised at the wonderful people, beautiful and very affectionate worldwide. I do not publish the awards, I have a special folder to keep them there, but I assure you, they are all in my heart and especially this one, dear friend.
All my love and my desire to be very happy!
